Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were loose plastic bags (like the ones in the grocery store) sitting in one open bag on an accessible shelf in the bathroom that is used for preschoolers and toddlers. There were also plastic bags that had some pullups in them that were sitting close to floor level on shelves in the bathroom. The director removed all the plastic bags at the time of the site visit.
